What is your availability?
We have availability from Monday to Friday between 09:00am - 18:00pm. If necessary, weekend appointments can be arranged. Please contact us to book an appointment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS, cheque and cash.
How often should I have my piano tuned?
For regular use, every 6 months. Otherwise, between every 9 - 12 months.
What do you charge?
A standard rate of £70 for tuning. For repairs and other services, the charge will depend on the piano and the work being done. Including what parts are needed, if any.
What is the best position in a house for a piano?
Avoid bright sunlight and temperature fluctuations.
What does it mean to 'regulate' a piano?
To optimise the many adjustments in the piano mechanism, to give smooth and even playing.
